My art sculpture, hopefully from the side you can actually see its a face/head.

The dress I'm sewing in textiles, its not completely finished yet hence the messiness of it.

So just thought I would write a little about what I've been up to lately. In my textiles class i have been working on a slouch navy velveteen dress (see above) which i can wear when the weather gets a bit warmer. Currently in Perth its stormy, rainy and windy as anything which sucks but whatever. In my art class i'm creating sculpture of a head covered in coke cans (also see above), which is approx. 1m x 1.5m big. its taking ages but the end result should be pretty effective. Its supposed to represent the human anatomy as well as consumerism. I've decided that i'm going to put fairy lights over top as veins, mainly to hide the shitty bits of it. Its also taking up the majority of my time. I applied to university yesterday, hopefully to go to The University of Western Australia or Curtin University to to a degree in Architecture/Environmental design or if I don't get into that, then Graphic Design. Im also so excited because i'm going camping on the long weekend with Boogie in Hamelin Bay which is going to be fucking sweeeeetttt I seriously cannot wait.
